For our team in Staphorst, we are looking for an International Recruiter. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for candidates who want to work in the Netherlands. You will guide them throughout the entire recruitment process.
Wat ga je doen?
As an International Recruiter, you will be responsible for recruiting and selecting candidates. On a daily basis, you will be in contact with job seekers, colleagues, and clients.
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing the entire recruitment and selection process for international candidates
- Actively sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels
- Creating and managing online recruitment campaigns
- Conducting telephone screening interviews and job interviews
- Matching candidates with vacancies in the metal, engineering, production, logistics, and construction sectors
- Handing over suitable candidates to our coordinators
- Maintaining and expanding the candidate database
- Processing recruitment-related administrative tasks

Wat vragen we van jou?
- HBO level of working and thinking
- At least 3 years of experience as a recruiter, employment consultant, or in a similar role
- Good command of the Dutch and English language
- In addition, you speak Hungarian, Slovak, Latvian or Romanian
- Experience with social media and online recruitment
- A proactive, independent, and results-oriented mindset
